Can I get samples first?
Yes. Stock samples ship within 3-5 working days. Custom samples with your artwork usually take 7-15 days, tooling costs deducted from bulk orders.
What is the production lead time?
Mass production normally takes 15-30 days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and customization.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) and L/C at sight. Long-term partners can apply for open account terms.
Do you support custom printing and sizes?
